2. Terms of Delivery

2.1 Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We deliver your order through Swiss Post to the delivery address stated by you.

You will receive your order within 5-7 working days. You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation.

Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein costs CHF 11.00.

2.2 International Shipping (outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein)

We deliver your order through Swiss Post to the delivery address stated by you.

You will receive your order - depending on the country - within approx. 7-15 working days within Europe or 10-25 working days outside Europe. The stated transit times and delivery dates are not binding and we reserve the right to send deliveries late. You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation.

The shipping costs are CHF 33.00 within Europe or CHF 49.00 outside Europe. The shipping costs will be added to the sales price and borne by the buyer.

Important: Customs, VAT and import taxes may apply to international shipping. These are to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the delivery. When shipping to the EU, no customs or VAT taxes are incurred if it is indicated accordingly with the product.

3. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of GNS until payment has been made in full. If you default on payment of the purchase price, GNS is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and take possession of the goods.

4. Return / Right of withdrawal

4.1 General provisions

You have the right on a non-discount purchase to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the terms of this section if you do not like or fit your order. This right does not apply to all discount sales. Receipt is deemed to be the date of delivery or the first attempted delivery.

Please contact us at hallo@marai.ch before any return and give us the reason for the return. The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer. If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate the product you wish to exchange. The products must be returned in the original packaging with the delivery note to the return address.

All returned items will be checked by us. Purchased products must not show any traces of use.

4.2 Exchange and Refund of the Purchase Price

For returns with exchange, you will receive a credit note for the value of the exchanged goods plus the shipping costs incurred.

In the case of returns without an exchange, only the purchase price will be refunded without the originally incurred shipping costs. The refund of the purchase price will be made via the same payment method as the original payment reached us.

Important: For returns outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, any customs duties, taxes or import taxes as well as the originally incurred shipping costs will not be refunded.

4.3 Warranty

GNS is committed to diligence and always delivers goods of good quality. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, GNS is entitled to rectify the defects or to make a new delivery. If no rectification or new delivery can be provided, the customer may demand cancellation or reduction in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Any refund shall always be made by the same means of payment as the payment was made. Excluded from the warranty are defects for which GNS is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, intervention by the customer or third parties, excessive stress or extreme environmental influences as well as comparable other causes.
